On November 26, the police received information about the death of a resident of the Yevlakhsky district of Turan Rustamov in 2006 in the sports arena in the village of Shagan of the Khazarsky district of Baku, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said
During the investigation, the police suspicious that Rustamov was killed by a resident of Sumgait Ruslan Safikhanov on the basis of a personal conflict.
Safikhanov was detained, the investigation is continuing.
