In the Baku Military Court, hearing in the criminal case of the ex-head of the main investigative department of the now abolished Ministry of National Security, Major General Movlam Shikhaliev and three employees of this department-Vusala Alekperov, Yasin Mammadov and Sahib Alekperov.
Recall that although the loud process is open to the public, representatives of the press are not allowed into the courtroom. For this reason, journalists have to receive information from victims and their lawyers.
According to Haqqın.az correspondent, during the current meeting, the prosecutor spoke, who demanded to say Movlam Shikhaliev to 14 years in prison, Vusala Alekperov and Yasin Mammadov – by the age of 12, Sahib Alekperov – by 10 years.
The trial will continue on July 30.
