On March 30, 2021, on the hot line “112” of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about the suicide attempt in the building on Dadas Bunystzade Street in the Yasamal district of Baku.
As reported in the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the corresponding forces of the Special Risk Salvation Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately attracted to the scene.
When evaluating the operational conditions at the scene, it turned out that a citizen, going to the balcony of his apartment on the 5th floor of the nine-story house, began to demonstrate the intention to commit suicide.
Rescuers, assessing the conditions of the operation and collect the necessary and operational information about the incident, identified the tactics of a psychological conversation with a citizen and held the relevant conversations with him. At the same time, in parallel, for security reasons, the airbag was installed under the balcony.
As a result of a citizen’s psychological conversation, a citizen managed to dissuade from his intention, and the rescuers, opening the door to special needs, saved this person.
