Sullivan: United States refuses negotiations with Russia

The United States refuses negotiations with Russia, which seeks to preserve the occupied territories of Ukraine, said the assistant to the US president on national security, Jake Sullivan at a meeting with the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, the head of the president’s office Andrei Yermak, Minister of Defense Reznikov.

“The conditions themselves are unacceptable, under which the Russians are in principle ready to conduct a dialogue, since all the conversations should begin with the complete de -capacity of Ukraine,” Sullivan said.

He noted that the United States promised to provide Ukraine with the help necessary for the liberation of Kherson.

“With any results of the Congress elections that will be held on November 8, the military and financial support of Ukraine will remain,” Sullivan said.
