The Summer Camp program, traditionally organized by the University of ADA during the summer holidays for students of secondary schools, once again visited Azercell Telecom LLC as part of the Information Technology Week. Participants of the Summer School, organized by the Department of Continuing the Institute for Development and Diplomacy of the University of Hell for the first time, were able to visit the company’s Data Center, located in the Azercell head office, to familiarize themselves with information about the basics of network technologies, construction, operation and management of a mobile network, as well as in real regime time to see the distribution indicators of the LTE network on the map of the country.
During the next presentation by the Big Data Department and Azercell analysts, the young guests received detailed information about the collection, storage and processing of data in the field of ICT, world trends in the field of large data and new digital products that Azercell will present in the near future on the market .
, in continuation of acquaintance with the company, which can be considered the most exemplary in the field of servicing subscribers in the country, schoolchildren went to the very first Azercell service and sales center in Baku, located on Fountains Square. Participants in the summer camp got the opportunity to watch the process of communicating with Azercell employees with subscribers. Also, with the help of the company’s specialists, they got acquainted directly with the culture of customer service in Azercell, the basics of the principles of increasing customer satisfaction and the process of solving various subscriber appeals.
It should be noted that Azercell has been working with the University of Ada in various fields for a long time.
