Supreme Leader Of Iran Approved New President

The Supreme Leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei signed a decree on the approval of Masud Pesheshkin as president of the country.

The event in Tehran was present by the acting President Mohammed Mukhbir, speaker of parliament Mohammed Bakir Kalibaf, head of the judiciary Gulamhuseyn Mokhsini Edgei and other high -ranking persons.

The ceremony began with the report of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ahmad Wahidi on the course of the elections.

Iran’s Supreme Leader handed Masuda to the Peshekian Presidential mandate.

Early presidential elections in Iran took two rounds: the first tour took place on June 28, 2024, and the second – July 5, 2024.
