In the municipality of the village of Bulbul, we were told that they were not responsible for placing garbage tanks and the removal of household waste. An employee of the municipality, who refused to introduce himself, advised to contact the Surakhan district housing and communal services.
The deputy chief of the housing and communal services Elchin Dzhabbarov said that the structure is only engaged in the removal of household waste. As for the choice of places for garbage tanks and landscaping, this is already, according to Dzhabbarov, the duty of municipalities or local executive bodies.
