Farrier Farid Khudatzade, who served for his previous crimes, the 2-year prison term was released and took up the previous tricks. This time, a 26-year-old man began to deceive unemployed people, introducing himself as an officer of the state security service. This did not last long, the fraudster was detained, and the other day the trial in the criminal case of Khudatzade in the Baku military court ended.
What is the composition of his crimes?
Khudatzade, introducing himself as a senior lieutenant of the SGB, took 6,150 manat from Parviz Mamedov, promising to arrange him as a driver in this structure. The acquaintance of Mamedov, Roman Ibrahimov, also hit the fraudster’s network. The latter Khudatzade took 3 030 manat.
In his testimony, the accused said that he first met Mamedov at the wheel of a taxi in February this year, heading from Mardakyan to Pirallahi. The fraudster introduced himself as an employee of the SSB. A few days later, Khudatzade called Mammadov and offered to arrange the latter as a driver in this structure. Having received consent from the taxi driver, the swindler headed for Mamedov’s house, talked with his father and received from a man 1,500 manat for help in the “employment” of his son. Later, he several times asked Mamedov to give him to the SGB building, so that his words sound more convincingly.
“And in total, in February -March of 2022, I received 6150 manat from Parviz, as if in connection with the costs necessary for employment. I spent all the money received on personal needs,” admitted Khudatzade.
with another victim – Roman Ibragimov, a relative of Mammadov, – the defendant met in the Baku village of Zir. To make everything look believable, Khudatzade even handed his victim a military uniform. With Ibragimov, the swindler also went to the SGB building several times for imaginary “meetings”.
After some time, Parviz Mammadov found out that Khudatzade was previously convicted of fraud, and demanded to return the money. Having received a refusal, he, together with Roman Ibragimov, filed a written statement in the SSB.
by the decision of the Court of Farid Khudatzade, they were sentenced to 8 years in a maximum security colony.
