Syrian Authorities Seized Weapons Intended For Transfer

The management of the general border security, subordinate to the new government of Syria, seized a weapon intended for the transfer to the fighters of the Hezbollah movement across the border with Lebanon.

According to the Syrian Information Agency (SANA), the weapon was found in the area of ​​the city of Sergay on the outskirts of Damascus, from where it was planned to be illegally transported to Lebanon to transmit Hezbollah.

Parts about the type and quantity of seized weapons were not disclosed.
