Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated December 29, 2021 in the centralized electronic information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population until July 1, 2022 will be created by the subsystem “State Mandatory Personal Insurance”.
The subsystem will play an important role in the formation of electronic infrastructure of management and services in the field of state compulsory personal insurance.
Access to the subsystem will be provided to the following structures: Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Economy, State Border Service, Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, State Special Communication Service and Information Security , State Agency for Protection of Strategic Objects, Mobilization Service and Call for Military Service, State Migration Service, State Customs Committee.
data that should be represented by these structures in the State Public Social Society under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population in connection with state compulsory personal insurance will be included in this subsystem.
The ministry will take measures to ensure data protection that will be included in the subsystem, including state secrets and other information protected by law.
The appropriate changes in connection with the creation of the subsystem will also be made to legislative acts.
