The Minister of Industry and New Technologies Tajikistan Sherali Kabir met with the head of the National Corporation of Small Enterprises of India, Skriur Acharya. This was reported by NIAT “Hovar” in the press center of the ministry.
The meeting took place as part of the first international mining and metallurgical forum and Tajikistan exhibition in Dushanbe.
Following the results of negotiations, the parties signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of industry.
During the meeting, the prospects for the development of cooperation in the field of industrial cooperation of textile enterprises were discussed, including the organization of joint cotton processing enterprises to final products (textile cluster) with the involvement of investments and qualified specialists from India.
The parties conducted a thorough exchange of views regarding the possibility of creating technological parks and the Tajikistan -India joint industrial park in Tajikistan, as well as research centers for the exchange of knowledge and experience between two countries.
