Tajikistan And Iran Introduce Visa -free Regime

From August 10, 2024, a memorandum of understanding between the governments of Tajikistan and Iran on the abolition of visas for the owners of general citizens of foreign passports will begin to operate. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Holders of the General Coverpes of both countries will be able to visit each other without a visa within 90 days from the date of the first entry for a period of 30 days.

At the first stage, the introduction of a visa-free system will be carried out only for those who use the air routes of Dushanbe-tegran and Tehran-Dushanbe.
