In the Kyrgyz city of Batken, a meeting of the co -chairs of government delegations of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan Saymumin Yatimov and Kamchybek Tashiev on delimitation and demarcation of the state border was held.
This was reported by Niath Hovar with reference to the State Committee for National Security of Tajikistan.
During the negotiations, the results of work were discussed in 2023 topographic and legal working groups of government delegations of the two countries on the division and demarcation of the state border,
specific instructions for activating work were given to complete the description of the passage of the design line of the Tajik-Kyrgyz state border in the remaining areas.
It is noted that the meeting was in an atmosphere of friendship and understanding.
