Taliban arranged a military parade in Kabul: showed American and Russian techniques

The “Taliban” came to power in Afghanistan held a military parade in Kabul. The Taliban was marching along the capital of the country, demonstrating military equipment, which was captured after removal of parts of the United States or got it from the previous government. Helicopters of the Mi-8/17 of Russian production also flew over Kabul, reports BBC.

The representative of the New Afghan authorities said that the parade was dedicated to the release of just prepared 250 new fighters.

Most of the shown equipment and weapons previously belonged to the army of Afghanistan at the same government. Several dozen armored personnel carriers M1117 made in the United States slowly drove along the main highway Kabul, the Russian helicopters Mi-8/17 flew over them. And the participants of the parade were kept in the hands of the assault rifles M4.

Official representatives of the Taliban stated that the military specialists of the former army, such as pilots and mechanics, will be gradually integrated into new armed forces.

The Military Taliban Parads are not performed for the first time. On November 8, the movement also showed appliances and servicemen in Kandahar.
