According to the source, at the end of November, the Taliban sent a letter to the Embassy of Afghanistan in Dushanbe, demanding the return of money, but the latter refused, referring to the fact that the new government in Afghanistan is not recognized by any state in the world. In addition, the translated amount is already spent on the needs of the embassy.
The decision on the construction of a school in Tajikistan was adopted by the ex-president of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani during his visit to Dushanbe in March 2021.
