It is noted that in two days the Taliban seized the side of the Federal Tax Service captured the villages of Hambak, Kuri and Kotu Bal in Tagab County. In detachments obeying Wakkas, there are up to 300 people. It is indicated that the Taliban sent to Tagab to defeat the rebellious detachments were forced to retreat. Vakkas is not the first field commander of the Taliban, who opposed the movement.
The Federal Tax Service has been conducting armed actions against the Taliban since September last year. Initially, it included the militias of the Tajiks of the Panjsher province and military personnel of the former Afghan government.
