Taliban practically concluded an agreement with Russia on the purchase of oil and gas, reports the Afghan edition of Tolonews with reference to the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Afghanistan.
The publication notes that due to sanctions of the transaction will pass through third countries. Currently, under Western restrictions are both Russian and Afghan banks.
“They are ready and want to accept our invitation, and they can do it soon. When they arrive in Afghanistan, we will sign the official agreements,” said the acting state of the Minister of Trade and Industry Nuruddin Aziz.
