Teimur Musaev adopted a delegation of Council of Foreign Economic Relations of Turkey

The Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan met with a delegation of the Council of Foreign Economic Relations of Turkey (Deik).

The press service of the ministry said that at the meeting, the Minister of Health Teymur Musaev noted that Turkey and Azerbaijan supported each other in the most difficult periods of their history. Thanks to the heads of the two states, the fraternal relations of Azerbaijan and Turkey are at the highest level today.

Having expressed satisfaction with the presence of mutually beneficial relations between countries in all areas, including healthcare, Teymur Musaev recalled the work visit of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Health to Turkey in May: “During a two -day visit, we held very fruitful discussions with the Minister Turkish health care Fakhrettin Koja, got acquainted with the activities of leading medical institutions of the fraternal country. I think that the study of Turkey’s experience in the field of healthcare will be productive for us. “

noting that digitalization is an inevitable process in the economy, Teimur Musaev said that healthcare as an economy sector sees his future only in digitalization: “Turkey’s experience in this area is invaluable, and its model is a leading in the world,” Minister Musaev emphasized .

In turn, Deik representatives expressed interest in cooperation with the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan on research in medical tourism, digital health transformation and other areas.

At a meeting held in the spirit of mutual understanding, an exchange of views on the successful development of multilateral relations between two fraternal countries, on cooperation in the field of healthcare and implementation of joint projects, took place. At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to develop cooperation.
