In Azerbaijan there is no shortage of medicines, today the Minister of Health Teymur Musaev said at the opening ceremony of Medinex Və Beauty Azerbaijan.
He said that a decrease in the base of some drugs, mainly in the form of a syrup, has nothing to do with Azerbaijan.
“You know that consumers use some basic substances in medicines. Due to the reduction of these substances, the production of drugs has decreased. This issue has been resolved in the last week. Currently, these medicines are also imported into the country,” the minister added.
The minister noted that large projects related to local drugs are being implemented. In this direction, work is underway in the free economic zones “ALAT” and “Pirallahi”.
“I believe that Azerbaijan will be able to provide himself with most medicines in a very short time,” the minister added.
