In 2025, the Aviation and Space Technology Festival (Teknofest) will collect lovers of technological innovation in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRK).
According to Teknofest, this year the competitions within the framework of the festival will be held on May 1-4 on the territory of the former terminal of the Erzhan Airport.
Acceptance of applications for participation in the festival, which will collect enthusiasts in the field of technology and innovation, will last until January 15. Competitions will be organized in 7 main categories and 14 subcategories.
So, the competition for modeling flying cars is aimed at ensuring that the teams develop innovative solutions in the field of air transport.
A competition of social innovations will offer technologically oriented creative approaches to social problems.

Teknofest Robolig competitions provide teams with the opportunity to improve their skills in robotics and programming.
A competition in the field of tourist technologies aims to develop innovative solutions for disclosing the tourism potential of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The Teknofest Drone Championship stage will invite aviation lovers to get a unique experience. The Hackmasters competition will open the doors to those who want to demonstrate their talents in the field of cybersecurity.
As part of the Teknofest TRSK, interesting events will also be held- breathtaking air show, concerts, cognitive seminars, various exhibitions and master classes, virtual reality tunnel, planetarium, fairy events, special flight events for students, technological events, such as “from” from “from Roots for the future: Teknofest digital universe and the TRK digital experience zone, where many interesting events will be organized.
In total, the teams will be allocated 2.5 million lires, and financial support of 3 million lires will also be provided. In addition, participants will provide support with transport and accommodation.
Teknofest is aimed at increasing the interest of youth in the development and production of domestic technologies and continues to provide the opportunity for thousands of young people working in these areas, to implement their projects.
