The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population continues to work on the preparation of professional and qualifying standards on priority professions in the labor market. Recently, more than 60 professional and qualifying standards for ICT, processing industry, catering, construction and other sectors have been prepared. This was said at the meeting of the board, Haqqın.Az was told in the press service of Mintruda.
It was noted that professional qualification standards serve to bring vocational education in line with the requirements of the labor market, and the workforce – with international standards. In recent years, about 360 standards have already been developed and approved, by the end of the year it is planned to bring this indicator to 1000.
Also prepared new projects “Rules for Labor Protection on Radiation Safety”, as well as “rules for registration, consideration and storage of documents and information provided for the appointment of social benefits, scholarships and compensation.”
