The petition was considered to extend the preventive measure in the form of arrest, elected against Major General Bekir Orudzhev, brought to criminal liability in connection with the “Termen case”.
At a meeting in the Baku Military Court, the petition was satisfied.
In addition, a petition was filed to extend the preventive measure in the form of arrest, elected in relation to the Rahib Mammadov and Ramil Akhmedov arrested in the same case.
