In Colombia, 14 police officers were injured as a result of a homemade explosive device.
The incident occurred in the village of Yondo of the Department of Antiokia, where employees of the National Police of Colombia (ESMAD) evacuated employees of one of the private facilities.
The condition of the three wounded is assessed as serious. The reinforcement was sent to the area of the incident.
The Governor of ANTOOKIA Anibal Gaviria Correa announced that those who will help to find involved in the attack will be paid a large monetary reward. “We will work until we identify the guilty. I wish the wounded speedy recovery,” said Correa.
Colombian media reports that the cause of the incident may be a complaint of a private oil company to capture its possessions.
