On February 19, at about 09:40, the police received a message about the murder of residents of the Tersky district Gulnar Mammadova born in 1981 and Namiga Allahverdiev born in 1991.
According to the district prosecutor’s office, as a result of the operational and investigative measures of police and prosecutor’s office, thorough suspicions appeared that G. Mamedov was killed by her husband, Asaf Mammadov born in 1979, and Allahverdiev was shot.
In fact, a criminal case has been instituted, the investigation continues.
