Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba requires to turn off Russia from SWIFT payments system, writes “European True” with reference to the short circulation of the Couples to Western Partners.
The minister warned that his demands are hard and do not fall under the rules of diplomacy: “I will not be diplomatic in this matter. Everyone who is now doubt whether to turn off Russia from SWIFT should understand that the blood of innocent Ukrainian men, women and women and Children will be on their hands “
