Some parties, including Ukraine, put forward the idea of depriving Russia of membership in the UN Security Council, but it is unrealistic to do this, the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Vershinin said on Wednesday.
“The question of depriving Russia of membership in the Security Council, almost in the General Assembly – such ideas as others are very thought out, if not the invigorates, ideas are nominated, in particular, the Ukrainian side. This is simply unrealistic” – said Vershinin.
