Three -day Mourning Is Declared In Venezuela In Connection With Death Of Pope Francis

Venezuela authorities declared a three -day national mourning in connection with the death of the spiritual leader of the Catholics of the Pope Francis.

According to the state television report, after the death of Pope Francis in Venezuela, the term of mourning entered into force, officially declared by Decree of the President of Venezuela Nicholas Maduro, signed under the number 5121.

During mourning, flags at all state institutions, as well as in civilian and military buildings will be seen.

In addition, all mass festive events and public celebrations are canceled in the country.

“Pope Francis made efforts for peace and unity in our country. Our people will forever preserve a grateful memory of his instructions,” Venezuela Venezuela Venezuela Delsi Rodriguez.
