President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev sent congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the agreement on the Kazakh-Russian state border. This was reported by the press service of the Kazakh leader.
The document was signed in Moscow on January 18, 2005.
“This historical document, based on universally recognized norms of international law, has become a strong foundation for the legal design of the most long land border in the world and the personification of our non -inexhaustible friendship, good neighborliness and allied,” the President of Kazakhstan said in the telegram of Kazakhstan.
The head of the Kazakh state expressed confidence that the multifaceted cooperation of the two neighboring countries would continue to develop and grow stronger.
