Tokaev says ready to give an impetus to Kazakh-Maltian relations

Kazakhstan is committed to close cooperation with all parties in achieving the goals enshrined in the Astana declaration of the 2010 OSCE summit.

According to the press service of the Kazakh leader, the President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Zhomart Tokaev met with the current chairman of the organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Minister of Foreign, European Affairs and Trade of Malta Yan Borg, who arrived on a visit to Astana.

During the meeting of the President of Kazakhstan with borsch, relevant issues of the bilateral agenda were discussed, as well as interaction in the framework of the OSCE.

Tokaev noted that in the conditions of current security calls, the OSCE carries out systematic work for all three measurements in the region and beyond. He confirmed Kazakhstan’s commitment to close cooperation with all parties in achieving the goals enshrined in the Astana declaration of the 2010 OSCE summit.

“We are ready to make efforts to achieve these noble goals and continue to work together with the Maltese chairmanship to ensure a comprehensive and based on security cooperation,” the president said.

In addition, Tokaev announced his readiness to strengthen bilateral interaction and give an impulse to the Kazakh-Maltaic relationship.
