In the Baku Court of Crime, the preparatory court hearing in the criminal case of the former head of the company Baku Steel Company Rasima Mammadov was canceled in the Baku court on Friday, September 2.
According to Haqqin.az, the lawyer R. Mammadova appealed to the court with a motion to defer the trial.
The next preparatory meeting is scheduled for September 5.
Recall, Racim Mammadov was detained by SSB officers. A criminal case has been instituted against him under Articles 308.2, 179.4, 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code of Azaranbaijan.
