In the Nasiminsky District Court, a court hearing was held in the case, considered in the order of special proceedings in relation to the former deputy Gultekin Hajibaili.
According to Haqqin.az, the court under the chairmanship of Judge Elmaddin Huseynov took into the proceedings, which was considered in the order of special proceedings, Gultekin Hajibeyly was recognized as the accused. During the court hearing, Gultekin Hajibeyli refused the lawyer appointed by the state, citing the fact that she has her own lawyers.
The trial will continue on December 16th.
