Troika Half Marathon Ended In Chanakkal

In Chanakkal, the Troikh half marathon ended, in which about 3 thousand athletes took part.

In the marathon organized by the municipality of Chanackale with the support of the Chanackale administration, the provincial department of culture and tourism and the Troy Museum, with Saucony as a title sponsor and SPX as the main sponsor, the athletes competed on 4 different tracks, including a 21-kilometer half marathon and a 10-kilometer run, as well as a 6-kilometer public race and children’s races.

In the marathon, which claims to be one of the most iconic races of Turkey, the runners got the opportunity to run, accompanied by all the beauties of the city and the view to the historical peninsula Helibola.

More than 50 running groups from different provinces of Turkey took part in the marathon. In a stressful competition, the local Turkhan was excited, who ran 21 kilometers among men, Fatma Aryk among women.

Mert Sleec, who overcome 10 kilometers faster among men and Berphin Kai among women won the marathon.

Ahmet Teve won at a distance of 6 kilometers among men, and among women Esra Tashdemir was the fastest.

Prizes to the winners of the marathon were awarded at a ceremony organized in front of the Troika horse.
