Trojan Half Marathon Started In Turkey

In the Turkish city of Chanakkale, the Trojan half marathon started.

About 3 thousand athletes will take part in the race. Saucony is the sponsor, and the general sponsor is SPX.

The start of the Marathon is given at the Trojan horse installed on the Cordon-Boy embankment. Participants will begin and end the distance at this point, overcoming a specially designated route.

The Trojan half marathon includes four running: the main one is 21 km, as well as 10 and 6 km distances, plus a children’s route.

This marathon is already called one of the most significant races in Turkey.

This event is designed to combine sport, culture and tourism – and will be a great opportunity for local residents and guests of the city to discover the natural, historical and cultural wealth of Chanackale.
