Former US President Donald Trump decided to sell the hotel in Washington, located on the main street of the American capital next to the White House, said Axios.
According to the publication, negotiations on the sale of rights to use the building are in an advanced stage, first the right to real estate are sold to a developer company, which will conclude a contract with hotel brands. The publication states that the details of the transaction are still unknown, for its conclusion it will take for a long time, RIA “News” reports.
Hotel Trump is located on the main street of Washington, 500 meters from the White House and kilometer from the Capitol. Like other hotels, on the facade of a multi-storey building there are five gold letters of the name Politics.
