Former US President Donald Trump said that Google uses an “illegal” algorithm that gives priority to negative news about him and takes on positive news about Vice President Kamale Harris.
According to Trump, if he wins the elections in November, he will call the US Department of Justice to file a lawsuit against Google for “open intervention” in the elections.
“This is illegal activity,” he wrote in the social network Truth Social.
It is assumed that Trump’s statements are related to the study of the conservative media research center, which claims that the Google search algorithm is more promoted by Harris than Trump.
Google, however, refuted the statement, saying that his search algorithm is not manipulated to support any candidate.
