Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlyut Chavushoglu in an interview with Anadolu said that Turkey intends to look into the future in relations with the United States.
According to the minister, the available problems of Ankara seeks to solve on the basis of the interests of the two countries. Chavushoglu also recalled the sanctions imposed by Washington in relation to Ankara due to the purchase of Russian S-400 SPC.
“We need air defense systems. Ankara can purchase air defense systems in the United States, if you manage to agree with Washington and the question will receive the approval of the Congress,” added Chavushoglu.
