Turkish Vice-President Jewdad Yilmaz and Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will take part in the funeral of the Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, who will be held on Wednesday, May 22, in Iran.
Turkish officials will go to Iran on Wednesday.

On board were also the Governor of the Province of East Azerbaijan Malik Rahmati, the imam of Tabriz Ayatollah Muhammad Ali al-Khash, as well as two high-ranking officials from the Corps of the Iranian Revolution (KSIR) and three crew members. There are no survivors.
The wreckage of the helicopter was discovered after 15 hours of search and rescue operations.
The Supreme Leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei declared a five -day mourning in the country. Several more countries joined the mourning, including Turkey.
“decided to declare one-day national mourning to share the pain of the Iranian people,” said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
