The Turkish police arrested 62 defendants in Thodex cryptocurrency exchange, Interfax reports with reference to the Western media.
According to the report, trading on the platform stopped on Wednesday. The Prosecutor General’s Office of Turkey issued orders to arrest 78 suspects. Of these, 62 were already detained, the rest are looking for.
Against the founder and executive director Thodex Fatiha Faruk Lakes opened a case on charges of fraud with aggravating circumstances.
