Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Chavushoglu at negotiations with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg repeated that Ankara was waiting for Sweden and Finland of obligations on a signed memorandum to join the Alliance.
“During the negotiations today, we discussed the issue of Sweden and Finland to NATO. We repeated that we were expecting the obligations taken by them within the framework of the memorandum signed with us in Madrid. They said about the need to suppress provocations. I mean Including provocations against the Qur’an in Sweden and other countries, ”said Chavushol.
On the eve of NATO, Finland and Sweden should join NATO by autumn, they fulfilled all the conditions of Ankara.
