“Negotiations are underway between Turkey and Azerbaijan on the opening of the consulate in Shush.” This was stated by the Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Jahit Bagchi.
According to him, negotiations are currently underway on this issue between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Turkey.
