According to him, at the last similar meeting on July 14, between the Rubinyan himself and the special representative of Turkey, Serdar Kylych discussed an agreement on the opening of borders for citizens of third countries and the possibility of direct air transportation of goods.
“On September 14, a meeting was supposed to take place between representatives of the relevant departments of the two countries to discuss the implementation of these two political agreements,” Rubinyan said.
Rubinyan emphasized that the meeting was postponed at the request of the Turkish side due to clashes that occurred at that time on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
