Turkish manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) Baykar is developing an investment project to build in Ukraine the Research Center for advanced technologies in aerospace engineering and a production center for the collection of UAV. This was stated by the Deputy General Director for Investments by Natalia Raden, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
Baykar intends to invest in Ukraine and is now developing the relevant investment project, “she said during the International Defense Investment Forum in Kiev.
According to her, the project provides 100% investments in Baykar in the creation of a new center of research and development work (R & D), production facilities and the collection of UAV, as well as maintenance and repair shops with accompanying services.
Turkish military company Bayrak Makina in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) uses Ukrainian engines. Now they are used on the drones of the new generation of Akıncı, in the future plan to establish them on all products of the company.
