Turkish army destroyed 5 more terrorists in north of Syria

The Turkish army destroyed five more YPG militants (the Syrian wing of PKK terrorists – approx. “Anadol”) in the zone of the operation “Shield of the Euphrates” not north of Syria. On Monday, on June 12, the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey reported.

The operation was in response to the shelling of the Djibrin military base and the Ondzhupinar police checkpoint.

The total number of militants, eliminated in response to the shelling of the military position, reached 12.

The actions of the Turkish army are based on the recognized right to self -defense. Blows on terrorists continue, noted in the defense department.

On the eve of the north of Syria, seven terrorists were neutralized, including two leaders of a criminal organization.
