During the special operation of the National Intelligence Organization (Mi̇t) of Turkey in the city of Sinjar in the north of Iraq, one of the leaders of the PKK/KCK terrorist organization Mesut Jalal Osman.

According to sources in security forces, the liquidated militant, known under the code call sign of Cail Chekdar, recruited youth in Syria, and was also the organizer of many terrorist attacks directed against the Turkish Armed Forces.

The terrorist moved from Syria to Iraq in 2018. Osman was “responsible” for the Sinjar area in Iraq.

He was neutralized by a special operation on the way to the meeting of a terrorist organization in Sinjara.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan previously stated that since 1984, when the militants of the RSC for the first time carried out a terrorist attack in Turkey, thousands of employees of Turkish security forces, military and civilians died at the hands of this bloody organization.

The United States and the European Union introduced PKK to the lists of terrorist organizations.

In recent years, PKK seeks to shift responsibility for bloody crimes in the region to its branches.

In Syria, PKK terrorists are covered by the names Pyd and YPG, and in the last two years they call themselves “Syrian democratic forces.”

In Iran, PKK acts as “Party of Free Life of Kurdistan” (pjak)
