The National Intelligence Organization of Turkey (Mi̇t) eliminated in the north of Iraq the PKK terrorist Serdar Sonmes, nicknamed “Aziz Dzhabbar”, who participated in preparing an attack on the base of the Turkish armed forces.
According to sources in security structures, a host, which was wanted for participation in terrorist activities, was liquidated in the Khakurk area with a point blow.
Turkey’s special services found that the leadership of the criminal organization instructed the hosts to penetrate the territory of the Turkish Sun, conduct reconnaissance and observation and make an attack using a sniper rifle.
It is reported that the liquidated terrorist joined the ranks of PKK in 2014.
In 2015, he went to Garu in the north of Iraq and passed armed and ideological training. In 2018, he was engaged in terrorist activities in the Kandil region.
Since 2016, Ankara has conducted three successful operations in order to eliminate the threat of terrorism at its southern borders and ensure the safety of the local population. In particular, we are talking about the operations “Shield of the Euphrates” (2016), “olive branch” (2018) and “Source of the World” (2019), which were held by the Turkish Armed Forces in the north of Syria.
RKK, over the years of its bloody terrorist activity against Turkey, is responsible for the death of more than 40 thousand people, including women, children and babies.
The United States and the European Union introduced RKK to the lists of terrorist organizations.
