Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan received the General Secretary of the League of the Arab states Ahmed Abul Gate.
The meeting was held at the presidential palace in Ankara behind closed doors.
The Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan also took part in the negotiations.
