Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived on a visit to the Republic of Northern Cyprus.
A private plane with the President of Turkey on board landed at Erjan Airport at 13:15 local time.
President TRSK Ersin Tatars met a high guest by an official ceremony.
The ceremony was also attended by the speaker of the Parliament of TRK Zorla Tore, Prime Minister of the Republic of Unal Loads, ministers, commander of the Cyprus-Turkey forces of Zorla Topalogel.
The head of state during the visit is accompanied by the head of the Foreign Ministry Hakan Fidan, the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, the Minister of National Defense Yashar Guler, the deputy chairman of the Justice and Development Party (PSR) of Omer Chelik, Sarykaya, a deputy from the Nationalist Movement Party (PND ) Ismail Farok Aksu, head of the Directorate of Relations under the Presidential Administration Fakhretin Altun, head of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) Ibrahim Kalyn and presidential adviser Akif Chagatai Kylych.
As part of the visit, President Erdogan will take part in the opening ceremony of the new terminal building and the runway at the Erzhan airport, in events dedicated to the Day of Peace and Freedom.
