Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari.
According to the Directorate for Relations under the Turkish Administration, the heads of state discussed bilateral relations.
Erdogan expressed determination to strengthen relations between two countries in all areas.
The Turkish leader said that exemplary bilateral relations will be strengthened even more after a meeting of the Council of Strategic Cooperation of the High level, which will take place in the coming period.
The Head of State expressed condolences in connection with those who died as a result of terrorist attacks in Pakistan.
Erdogan also congratulated the Pakistani leader in connection with the upcoming holiday Ramazan.
