Turkish TEİAş And Azerbaijani Azerenerji Signed An Operational Agreement

The Turkish electricity transfer company (TeIAS) and Azerenerji signed an operating agreement between Turkey and Azerbaijan to develop cooperation in the field of energy.

The Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Alparslan Bayractar, reported on the social network X, about negotiations with the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan, as a result of which this agreement was signed.

According to him, the parties emphasized that electricity trade can become an important part of cooperation between the two countries after oil and natural gas.
