Turkey and Cuba signed an “Agreement on avoiding double taxation and preventing tax evasion for income.”

The publication on the pages of the department in social networks says that the first round of negotiations that predicted the signing of the agreement was held on February 4-, 2002, and the second-June 6-9, 2023.
Signatures under the document on March 13, 2024 were put by the Minister of Treasury and Finance of Turkey Mehmet Shimshki and Deputy Prime Minister Cuba Ricardo Cabrisas Ruzi.
The signed agreement will make a significant contribution to the development of economic relations of the two countries, the Ministry of Finance said in the Turkish.
